As stated. Take any pvp skin that currently can't be found as an item in pve, and place it within the game's drop list somewhere. If you look up Tolkano's list of pvp rewards, you'll find some very interesting stuff, a great deal of which can only be found either as a single green item, or is completely nonexistent in the pve world.

There are items which are only a single green, like the Willcrusher staff, the Shield of the Dead, the Shark Staff, Lumenescent Lantern, Mossy Walking Stick, and Noble Dragon Cane. Mostly caster skins, which typically see less love than the others. Another oddity is Lord Onrah's sword, an Istani green item that is otherwise unused in the game.

Some are odd, some are nifty, some are a bit silly. But the point is, they exist, and someone out there might like their character to get one. So, I say add them to the drop lists, perhaps in areas that don't have very many unique skins in the first place.

It seems odd that you cannot get them through anything but pvp, or only in green form, preventing any modification whatsoever. So, a little touch of love for the pve skins?

Agreed. There are PvE skins for PvE players and PvP skins for PvP players... If you want PvP skins, you just got to play some PvP

WTB Mossy walking stick ... wont work no matter how rich or good at persuading saps to sell at low price you are.

Im not saying this to start a PvP vs. PvE flamewar. Just saying PvP only characters can actually have any skin they want that exists in the game. PvE characters cant have some.

I thought all or almost all PvP skins were just existing PvE skins with anther name.

They should use the same name when the skin is the same, and make collors appear when pinging equipment, so the red names are show, instead of different names.

It's a wyvern blade IIRC, the rocktail's stinger has the same skin and wyvern blades drop from dungeon chests.

Personally, I think it needs to go both ways, add all the pve skinned junk to PvP(including hero armor skins, stuff like the chaos gloves and whatnot) and all the pvp junk to pve, seriously, there's lots of places stuff could drop(or at least let to pop from the Z-chest).

Also, I recycle PvP characters almost daily, I can't bring myself to spend tourney rewards on a slot that will get deleted after the fight. I also don't really want to dedicate a whole slot to one pvp character that never changes...

I agree. A large number of top GvG guilds used PvE equipment all the time. Nothing to stop you from getting what you want via PvE and bringing it into PvP. There is limitations on the other way around though...
